It becomes a <b>painful exercise</b> just getting from one side of the room to the other. Or just getting out of bed.<br /><br />I know because I have suffered from it in the past. This invovled having to wear a harness around the waist that was attached by ropes to pulleys. These pulleys in turn had heavy weights attached to them which stretched your body. (OUCH).<br /><br />Thankfully now though, there are certain things that you can do to aleviate some of the pain. There are some gentle stretching exercises that you can do by laying on your back and raising your legs. This will help to relax the muscles which in turn should decrease the pain.<br /><br />There are several things that you can do to ease the <b>pain</b>, but these are only temporary measures.
