Get Rid of Painful Sciatica - Fast

If you suffer from Sciatica, you will know how incredibly painful it can be. It becomes a painful exercise just getting from one side of the room to the other. Or just getting out of bed.

I know because I have suffered from it in the past. Unfortunately for me though, there were no alternative methods available at that time.

I had to spend six long painful weeks in Hospital, having what they called traction. This invovled having to wear a harness around the waist that was attached by ropes to pulleys. These pulleys in turn had heavy weights attached to them which stretched your body. (OUCH).

Thankfully now though, there are certain things that you can do to aleviate some of the pain. There are some gentle stretching exercises that you can do by laying on your back and raising your legs. This will help to relax the muscles which in turn should decrease the pain.

There are several things that you can do to ease the pain, but these are only temporary measures. What you need to do is to take positive action, and find something that will rid you of your pain eventually.
